September 2020

 

On 09-03-20 at 9:46 AM, Kyron Jones (age 18) of Piscataway was arrested for Possession of under 50 grams of marijuana after an officer observed some motor vehicle violations and conducted a motor vehicle stop.  Jones was issued motor vehicle summonses for Speeding, Unsafe lane change, Tinted windows and CDS in a motor vehicle.  He was also issued a Complaint Summons for Possession of CDS (marijuana) under 50 grams.  He was processed and released with a court date.

 

On 09-03-20 at 4:12 PM, an unknown black female and an unknown Hispanic male went to the CVS Pharmacy located at 230 Milltown Road and shoplifted $2,128.37 worth of over the counter allergy medication.  The actors fled the store prior to police arrival.   

 

On 09-06-20 at 2:06 PM, an employee of Brandywine Assisted living located at 2005 Rt 22, had the window to her 2018 Honda accord smashed.  The unknown actor(s) then took a pocket book and cellular telephone from inside the vehicle. The total amount of the theft was $350.00.

 

On 09-06-20 at 7:31 hours, Andrea Pineda Castillo (age 54) of Somerset and Carla Castillo (age 47) of Somerset were both arrested for shoplifting after being observed concealing $501.49 worth of clothing items in a bag and attempting to leave Macy’s Department Store in the Bridgewater Commons Mall without paying for them.  They were stopped by Macy’s security.  They were both charged with Shoplifting and release with a summons.

Between 8:00pm on 09-15-20 and 7:00 am on 09-16-202 unknown subject(s) went into an unlocked 2019 Lexus RX in the area of Milcrip Road and removed a 3 Apple IPhone charges $10.00 in cash and a check book belonging to the victim.

 

Between 8:30pm on 09-19-2020 and 11:00am on 09-20-20 two unlocked vehicles were entered by unknown subject(s) in the area of West Foothill Road.  The subject(s) removed cash and coins from the vehicles.

August 2020

 

On 08-29-20 at 1:31 PM, Jonathon Langel (age 41) of Bridgewater was arrested for shoplifting from Home Depot located at 400 Promenade Boulevard.  Langel was observed switching price tags from a lesser valued item to a more expensive items and paying for the less expensive item.  He was issued a Complaint Summons for Shoplifting, processed and released. 

 

On 08-29-20 at 11:57 PM, Deshaun Morris (age 23) of North Plainfield, was arrested for possession of CDS (marijuana) under 50 grams, after an officer observed some motor vehicle violations and conducted a motor vehicle stop.  Morris was issued motor vehicle summonses for Speeding, Careless Driving and Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle.  He was also issued a Complaint Summons for Possession of CDS (marijuana) Under 50 grams.  He was processed and released with a court date.

June 2020

On 06-15-20 Tre Thigpen (age 21) of Bridgewater NJ, was issued a Complaint Summons for Defiant Trespass after he returned to a previous location he was band from on two separate occasions.

 

On 06-20-2020 Jimmy Gutierrez-Mendoza (age 18) of Bogota NJ, was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana in his vehicle.

06-21-20 two Honda CR-V vehicles were vandalized on Sunny Slope Road.  An unknown actor(s) removed the vehicle’s sensor package from behind the front grill of the vehicle.  The sensors are responsible for several safety features on the vehicles.

On 06-22-2020 an unknown Hispanic or White male exited a white Jeep Grand Cherokee with unknown NJ registration.  The male walked into the convenience store of the Raceway Gas Station and stole 39 scratch lottery tickets worth $420.00.

 

On 06-26-20 a 2017 Toyota Prius was damaged and burglarized.  The front passenger window to the vehicle was smashed by an unknown subject and a bag containing a men’s gold watch was taken from the front passenger seat.
