It is recommended to call ahead of time to make sure your report is completed and ready for pick-up.
Please have your case or incident number available.
No information from police reports are given over the phone.
If you are unable to respond during our normal business hours, pick-up can be arranged after hours at the Police/Communications window.
A nominal fee is charged for all reports.
If you have questions about discovery requests, or need discovery in another media or format, a formal request must done either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by a letter from your office mailed or faxed to the Records Bureau at 908-704-9124 (attn: Discovery). Any questions please call the Records Bureau at 908-725-4044.
Faxing a request to the main Police fax number may result in a delay for your request.
